Awesome experience My wife and I purchased a used 2010 Scion xb. I put in a request online initially. Crystal called me back quickly and was very friendly and helpful. W My wife and I purchased a used 2010 Scion xb. I put in a request online initially. Crystal called me back quickly and was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, she introduced us to Tyler and said he would be taking care of us. Tyler was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He walked us through the whole process and then dropped us off with Karen to finish the financial process. Since the Scion was Certified, she helped us choose the warranty plan that made the most sense for us while keeping our payment as low as possible. Upon completing the finance paperwork, Karen called for Tyler to come back and he walked us to the vehicle. He went over some last minute pointers about the xb and told us if we had any further questions, to feel free to call him. This was an overall enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend anyone to go to Toyota of Cleveland to get a vehicle, be it new or used. More

I didn't have a very big budget to work with, but I needed a dependable car. The sales guy was very friendly, but not pushy at all. I already had a car picked out from shopping online and Tyler didn't needed a dependable car. The sales guy was very friendly, but not pushy at all. Kyle Armao also did a great job of getting me the best interest rate with a payment I can easily afford. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealer to friends and family. More

They didn't do high pressure sales tactics. They were reasonable on the price and on my trade in. I didn't feel like I was being lied to or misled. They didn't try to convice me what a great deal they were giving me. They never acted like they were doing me a favor by doing business with me. Tyler was great and informative and very pleasant. There was nothing sleezy about the dealership, the salesperson, or the experience. Was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Also, It took 1 1/2 hours to trade my car, fill out and sign the paperwork and to drive a way in my new car. Most of the negotiating was done prior to the final visit to purchase the car. More
