Tyler Mastaglio, encore specialist extraordinaire! Tyler just left. He spent about an hour with my husband and I teaching us how to use our E Pace. Our salesman, Jeremiah Slusher, had spent time show Tyler just left. He spent about an hour with my husband and I teaching us how to use our E Pace. Our salesman, Jeremiah Slusher, had spent time showing us the features of our new vehicle delivery day, but it didn’t “stick” (too excited). We’ve had the vehicle for a week and a half. Tyler set our homelink instantly and walked us through many of the features and answered a zillion questions. He is so knowledgeable and patient! Feel so secure and know we can call on him in the future. Great feeling. I’m worried about setting the homelink when we return to Maine but Tyler tells me we can FaceTime him and he’ll help. Amazing. Thank you for having him as part of your customer service. More
