We just purchased a beautiful new Suburban. The original contract stated a price for "Total Delivered" but did not include a specific line for shipping or destination fees, so more money was requested when contract stated a price for "Total Delivered" but did not include a specific line for shipping or destination fees, so more money was requested when the driver arrived; more than was listed on the contract we already signed. After initial challenges with other staff, Jeremy at Dan Cummins was very helpful, professional, and understanding, and said he would honor the original contract amount. We just received a check in the mail for the difference. It appears some people still value customer service and integrity. I am a new fan of Dan Cummins in KY. Thank you. More

As luck would have it, the truck This was my first time working with Dan Cummins to purchase a vehicle, and overall, this was a positive experience. As luck would have it, the truck I travelled over an hour to inspect ('16 Silverado LT/Z-71) was being negotiated by another buyer upon my arrival which led to several hours of waiting to see if this couple was going to move on it. After much waiting, they passed, and Zach T. (who was absolutely swamped with customers and it was his first week on the job) could not have been more patient and courteous, even while being pulled in several directions throughout the duration of my stay. Once I committed to the truck, he worked with finance to find a number I was comfortable with and Trey C. in finance could not have been more efficient. The only hiccup of the process was my place in the 'check-out' order was somehow skipped over a couple of times, causing me a loss of about an hour, but Trey and Zach worked to make amends and I was able to get the protective upholstery/paint protectant completed ahead of schedule. More
