We appreciated that she didn't come off as "pushy" as we'd had bad experiences in the past (not with Toyota) and she seemed to truly value our business and need for a new vehicle. Travis @Toyota is great. I have known Travis since we met him at DSM Chrysler in 2005. He impressed us with his honesty and efficiency, He is always eager to find the best and I have known Travis since we met him at DSM Chrysler in 2005. Service department advisors are robot zombies These folks used to be very helpful and knowledgable at the old location. Since they became iPad toting up sellers I dread going in for service. Oil change now $50? They rotated daughters tires on car at an oil change without asking to drive cost up to $85. They have take it or leave it attitude. More

Service manager discourteous Have had several issues including my vehicle being hit in the shop while in for service. I emailed, called and left messages for Travis (service manager) no response to any of my attempts to contact him. I typically request a tech that is meticulous in their work to avoid past issues. I found it very disrespetful for the amount of money ive spent at Toyota of Dm as well as the Gabus group as a whole. More

Exceptional service and caring employees I went in looking for a used vehicle. William Godwin started talking to me about leasing a vehicle instead. It just made more sense for me. Finding the perfect car for me I am a very picky shopper and can be demanding to say the least. however, this did not cause a problem for the team at Toyota of DM. William met eve I am a very picky shopper and can be demanding to say the least. however, this did not cause a problem for the team at Toyota of DM. William met every "no" with "Okay. What didn't you like? What did you like?" and we managed to go through several options before landing with the perfect car! Once we found my car and I went to financing Dallas was amazing! He explained everything to me and made sure that I had everything I needed. Then I went to learn how to use my new car and program everything. Everyone there is amazing and if you have any questions they are more than happy to assist you even after you leave. More
