Fast, friendly & efficient. only issue was that that warranty was not in the computer system. Tracy had to check with Finance Dept. I did have warranty, so that really helped w only issue was that that warranty was not in the computer system. Tracy had to check with Finance Dept. My advisor, Adam Dickens was excellant. Problem was after waiting while head gasket was being replaced, when I got it back it was jumping. Had to leave it another 2 days. When I originally picked the car up, Adam was off for Thanksgiving, I returned the car right away but none of the advisors could help us and told us to keep driving the car. When Adam returned he got us in and got us a loaner car. More

Once before I had complained that my car clock was running fast and now was 25 minutes fast and was told it was fixed, but it was not. Well, I don't know what Tracy did differently, but it is keeping running fast and now was 25 minutes fast and was told it was fixed, but it was not. I came in unexpectedly due to a metal object I noticed in my tire. Tracy checked it out and determined that the tire was leaking air. He made sure that the correct tire was in stock and it was replaced in a my tire. Tracy checked it out and determined that the tire was leaking air.
