Amazing Customer Service!! My 16 y/o daughter had a concern about her car while driving to school. I was no where near her to help in person. I was able to contact Tony Lang, My 16 y/o daughter had a concern about her car while driving to school. I was no where near her to help in person. I was able to contact Tony Lang, my Service Advisor, for the last several years. He was able to put me at ease about the service item and scheduled my daughter to come in to have the vehicle looked at the same day. Nothing ended up being wrong with my daughter’s vehicle, but Tony took time explaining things about the car and how to be safe to my daughter. He discovered a nail in one of her tires and was able to get it replaced the next day. He even had her car washed and cleaned. He played a big role in helping my daughter learn how to deal with working with a service advisor and what to think about to stay safe in her vehicle. I am so appreciative of Tony and the service team at Ferman Tarpon Springs. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else! More

Way too long for what service required We are happy with Ferman Chevrolet Service for the most part. However, to spend 2.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation and have a couple of items We are happy with Ferman Chevrolet Service for the most part. However, to spend 2.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation and have a couple of items checked out was too long. Environment is pleasant. We know we could have been driven home and appreciate that knowledge. However, we never thought we would be there that long. We had an 11:30 appointment and left after 2 pm. It was our understanding that the person to check out items went to lunch. We can appreciate that but did not know that it would be that much longer. More

Jut a couple of batteries!!! The batteries on our truck died from old age but the truck was parked in our driveway. For 13 years 100% of our service on this truck has been done by The batteries on our truck died from old age but the truck was parked in our driveway. For 13 years 100% of our service on this truck has been done by Ferman Chevrolet. Before we called AAA to get the truck started, we called the Ferman service Dept. to confirm they had the batteries we needed and we were told to bring the truck in. Once confirmed, we called AAA and had them come start the truck. Both my husband and I came for the service appt since the only requirement was to install 2 batteries. When we arrived, we also suggested (if convenient) that we would also like new windshield wiper blades. After waiting for about 2 hours, we were informed that in fact they did not have the batteries and would not be able to get them until the following day. We were given a courtesy ride home and had to return the next day to pick up the truck. Our issue is this: had we known that the batteries were not in stock, we would have waited to call AAA until the Ferman service Dept was ready to install the batteries. Counting travel time, it would have saved both of us about 3.5 hours and been much more consistent with the service we have received in the past. Given that we have been customers of this dealership since approx 2002, this was a very disappointing experience. We would suggest that setting realistic expectations with long term customers over a simple battery replacement would help ensure long term future relationships with customers. To add insult to injury, we got home and raised the hood to view the new batteries only to discover that the area around one of the batteries had not been blown out and the battery was actually sitting on top of leaves that had fallen into the area. Very unprofessional for a very simple job. More
