Tony was a very unprofessional service advisor. I had my truck in the shop waiting on parts for a month. Tony never called to give me any updates, I would have to constantly call him. Tony gave me I had my truck in the shop waiting on parts for a month. Tony never called to give me any updates, I would have to constantly call him. Tony gave me price and when I came to pick up my truck it was $800 more with no explanation or call . Before this I called Tony 3 times trying to make a payment and pick up my vehicle on a Sunday when service was closed, he never returned my phone calls. Its been a week and still no call from Tony to explain the markup of $800 and to see if the truck was operating ok. This will be the last time I deal with him or this dealership unless there is an issue with the work they did. More

I’m very disappointed overall with my experience with this service department. I have had my 2015 Silverado serviced there several times from oil changes to fairly major repairs and they have not perform this service department. I have had my 2015 Silverado serviced there several times from oil changes to fairly major repairs and they have not performed to a good standard. They also did not perform repairs requested at the day and time of my appointment. There have been issues with work not done correctly or completely and I continue to have problems with the specific areas where work was performed. I perched parts recommended by the service advisor yet they were not the cause of my problem. The problem was caused by a missing fuse that I finally located myself after asking and suggesting that may be the cause. No other mechanic had access to the vehicle from before the problem started yet they were prepared to charge me for parts and installation for something completely unnecessary when the culprit was not a blown fuse but one that had been removed and not replaced by someone at the dealership. More
