South Broadway Style Sales! Our daughter bought a 2016 CERTIFIED PRE OWNED Hybrid Fusion one evening, paying largely in CASH (!). I attempted to negotiate the price but Tommie assured me he could NOT budge ONE cent on the sale price because of the STRINGENT inspection for CPO. We expected CPO status meant items such as windshields and plastics would be intact, especially with us buying the car in inclement weather which didn't clear for several days. After a few days of babying this car around in bad weather, we set out to detail it and found a rock chip waaay down in the corner of the windshield and a cracked turn-signal plastic on the driver's side mirror. Two items which, to be fair, could easily have been overlooked, even during a so-called "stringent" inspection. Or ignored during one? When I brought these to the attention of MH Ford, they went through the charade of having the car dropped off. The salesman actually had to pay to fix the windshield himself! Then Nolan refused to fix the mirror, essentially calling me a liar and insisting that the damage MUST have occurred under my care, in the 75 or so miles driven, NOT POSSIBLY *AFTER* the inspection by one of their careless car-moving employees or on a test drive or in their CROWDED LOT. SIX WEEKS elapsed between the inspection and purchase date! We didn't even mention the cracked c-pillar moulding. The grubby size 10 finger prints on the headliner were a nice touch too. I suppose we did that as well? The night of the sale? We had just made the deal and noticed NO FLOOR MATS, naturally. So, they found some cheap weathertec mats from another Fusion and put them in. Just like the old days! You buy a used car, get it home, and NO JACK so you go back to the dealer and they take one from another car. It instantly reminded me of SOUTH BROADWAY dealerships. Always at least one car on the lot with a missing jack or something. Since when do CERTIFIED PRE OWNED cars have missing floor mats, broken windshields and plastics? They even dropped the ball shuttling my daughter to and from work. I had to remind them to pick her up since they were TOO CHEAP to give a CPO customer a loaner car for a day. But they had no intention of providing service in the first place, did they? The shuttle driver said this was common at the end of the day. Pivotal moment with MH Ford here. They can fix the mirror, fairly cheaply, or say goodbye to future sales. Oh, and their service drive and lube service too. 3 of our 4 FORDS have warranties. The dollars just keep ADDING UP, don't they? Bottom line: Even CPO cars need thorough, up close visual inspection, inside and out. These people won't budge ONE INCH. Very eager to get you OUT THE DOOR. **UPDATE** MH Ford has agreed to split the difference on wholesale cost of the part. I will install the part myself. Upgrade to 3 stars. Should be free of charge. This car was sold six weeks after it's CPO inspection. Be careful. +++UPDATE+++MH Ford didn't like a 3-star rating and stated that if I didn't remove it, they wouldn't sell me the part for 1/2 price. . Keep your part. Back to one star. If I could give you ZERO, I would. It truly is amazing to me. The kicker is that they NEVER RAN THE CAR THROUGH SERVICE TO SEE WHAT IT WOULD TRULY COST. The turn indicator on the mirror is easily replaced in around 15 minutes for around $78, customer cost at Ford’s part’s counter. We have already negotiated with another dealer, a professional organization, for our Ford needs going forward. More

Over paid by thousands I feel I was taken advantage of. Dorian was the salesman and his manager is probably more to blame. I told them I wasnt ready and hadnt done my homework. They kept us there for hours and talked insesintly about their Service Dept and that the car was Certified and stayed away from discussing the price. They sold me a car which I could get for $29,000 elsewhere and I paid $37,850 and then they didnt give me what my car was worth so added another 2,000. I paid close to $40,000 for a used Ford 150 truck with 30k miles and some dings. The next day I checked comps and saw it was fairly common to do the 160 point test on the vehicle and saying "It is Certified" I was furious. I went back in and said I am not at all happy with the priced I paid. I said Im all about you getting some commission but I want a competitive price not a terribly high price. Said I would trade up if I got a fair price. Tommy the manager said we have a binding contract. Didnt even try to validate the worth of the vehicle. I tried giving back keys and Tommy said "no one is allowed to accept those keys" If I have an accident my insurance company isnt going to give me anywhere near what I paid and then I will suffer more loss. I realize I really screwed up, but they shouldnt do this to people. Car buying should be a Win, Win. They should show comps and not use tatics to take advantage of women. I will be picketing with a sign until they make this right. More

Obi’s focus the entire time was finding a car with the dimensions we needed (we need room for kids in the back) and at the same time being aware of our budget. We felt like he really took the time to make sure we got everything we wanted with features AND price. Would recommend anyone who wants to be guided through a solution for their car needs to use Obi.
