Sharon was great... very friendly and informative, she never pressured me just helped me make my decesion by answering all of my questions. Tom also was a pleasure to work with and made me a great deal o never pressured me just helped me make my decesion by answering all of my questions. Tom also was a pleasure to work with and made me a great deal on the vehicle I chose and with the help of Tom and Sharon I was able to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I cant say enough great things about my experiance at Gates other than I would recomend them to anyone looking to purchase a GM vehicle. I had a wonderful time! Great service! The staff was extremely friendly! Sharon Duga gave me a tour of everything that gates had to offer including car wash, maintenance services, and meeting the staff. extremely friendly! Had a very good experience, Purchased a new 2014 Nissan Frontier. I was given a very fair trade in value on my old truck. When I first visited the dealership looking for a Frontier, they had nothing in Frontier. I was given a very fair trade in value on my old truck. When I first visited the dealership looking for a Frontier, they had nothing in stock that I wanted. I told them just what I was looking for in a truck, colors, options, etc. Within 4-days I received a call from Tomas Gates saying they had located a truck for me. A couple days later James Satalino called to say my truck had arrived. When I went to pick-up the truck I met James for the first time, he was very professional, the process went quick and smooth. I had worked with a different dealership before coming to Gates, so already knew the vehicle I wanted. Gates offered more for my trade-in then the other dealerships I worked with. They identified a vechicle Gates, so already knew the vehicle I wanted. Gates offered more for my trade-in then the other dealerships I worked with. They identified a vechicle out of state, but then found out it was a demo vehicle. I preferred not to take the demo since no discount was offered, and they found another vehicle that was supposedly "the same". After about a week and some delays, the vehicle arrived but unfortunetly it did not have some of the options I was looking for. Gates could have done better confirming the vehicle had the options I wanted before spending a week getting the vehicle, hence the "ok" for quality of work. I did end up finding one on the lot that had just arrived which had all the options I was looking for, just a different color. I also ordered some additional accesories for the vehicle and made a service appt to have them installed. Unfortunetly it was discovered the wrong part was ordered during the install, so I ended up having to make a second trip for the install. More
