My New Nissan Juke Had a major accident the Monday before Christmas. I had never owned a Nissan vehicle nor purchased from a local dealer, but what the hey right. I stopped by Gates and was overwhelmed by their friendliness. I mean each person more friendly than the last. But let's talk about Martin Quinones who is my main salesman from now on. He is honest, truthful, knowledgable and quite personable. He hooked me up with some water, a 2014 Nissan Juke, and oh yeah, a FULL tank of gas ... just because I'm special! I got a great finance deal, and most excellent financial counsel from Nick Truax. Nick beat the pavement to get me the best deal possible. They took care of the registration, insurance, scheduled my 1st oil change, and even synced my blue tooth up. Martin actually took the time to sit in the vehicle and demonstrate the features. This was a first, I mean really! Did I forget to say that they took care of getting my loaner vehicle back to the rental guys! This is what you call. One stop shop deal!! I am assured by people I trust that the Gates Service division is even better than their Sales Division! Is it possible...I can't wait to see! Thanks Martin, you are the best!!! More

Brian Philips was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions, showed me options that I honestly did not think I would be able to get with a vehicle purchase. I am now leasing a brand new 2014 Buick Encore which I never thought was even in my price range. Tomas Gates and Brian Philips listened to what I was looking for and worked to get me into the vehicle that fit me and my wants and needs. This is an excellent dealership and I have always had a great experience there!!! My only suggested feedback would be to make the experience faster as it typically takes 4-5hrs to purchase a vehicle. I spoke to another woman who had her two small children there and they were there the same amount of time with me. Not a desireable situation with or without children, spending an entire day at a busy dealership is a challenge in itself. My Best Car Buying Experience Ever I am a first time buyer at Gates GMC Buick-Nissan Inc in N. Windham, CT with my purchase of a new 2014 Nissan Xterra S. The overall experience was exc I am a first time buyer at Gates GMC Buick-Nissan Inc in N. Windham, CT with my purchase of a new 2014 Nissan Xterra S. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Transactions to purchase were done primarily by phone and internet with Jimmy Yilmaz (Sales) and Tomas Gates (Sales Mgr). Jimmy helped to answer all my questions quickly. In addition, he was key to assuring me that Gates would work with me to ensure a fair price. I did some homework using TruCar and Edmonds data to develop a fair price for both buyer and seller. Tomas reviewed my proposal and worked with me via emails to quickly agree upon a final selling price and out the door price without haggling back and forth. It was the quickest decision made without hesitation or adding on items that I did not want. There was no high pressure sales or attempts to change pricing at last minute. It was the most professional and lowest stress purchase of any auto in my life. Then, I met Nick Truax (Finance Mgr) who is a class act. The most professional, competent, and nicest guy you could meet. He worked quickly to get me the best loan interest on the market and made filling out all the paperwork a pleasure which is normally an annoying task. Nick also helped me to get to the dealership since I lived about 1 hour away and made it possible for me to take the vehicle home on the same day considering a vehicle purchase in CT with registration in MA. This dealership went out of their way to help me through all steps in this purchase and I am grateful for their help. I highly recommend them based on what I feel was my best car buying experience since 1962 when I bought my first car. Easy! This was my first time buying my own vehicle and I was honestly worried this would be a difficult and stressful process, but it WASN'T!! Martin really This was my first time buying my own vehicle and I was honestly worried this would be a difficult and stressful process, but it WASN'T!! Martin really listened to my needs and concerns and found the perfect vehicle for me (Nissan Rouge). I was a little nervous about making the transition from a car to a suv, but Tomas let me take the car home for an overnight test drive to make sure that the rouge was what I really wanted. They were genuinely interested in finding me the perfect car! When I decided to go through with the lease, I met with Eric, and he made all the paperwork very easy to understand. I don't think I'll even look to lease/buy a car elsewhere :) More
