I would like to update my horrible experience with the worst dealer in the country gates. After buying a loaded Denali truck at full msrp and the dealer dragged it's feet getting the truck paperwork done worst dealer in the country gates. After buying a loaded Denali truck at full msrp and the dealer dragged it's feet getting the truck paperwork done they decided to give me a little holiday present by loosing one of the 2 keys. Nobody had the courtesy of telling me they let the runner do that. Then after a week of not getting me key they decided to hire a local key company who didn't call me and was unresponsive and finally answered back with he needs to order a key because he didn't have one. I said enough is enough tried reaching out to Chris Reddy (salesman) got no answer, so i went to a local GMC dealer and bought the key. Now I am currently fighting with gates to get reimbursed. 70k dollar truck refused to budge on price, fought with them to get the truck, lost my 400 key refuse to replace it, cheapest dealer on the planet!! They could squeeze a nickel to get 2 dimes. The gates are making millions and don't give 2 hoots about customers. RUN FROM THIS PLACE, THIEVES, LIARS, AND CHEAPSKATES!!! TOMAS GATES SEND ME MY CHECK FOR THE KEY!!! YOU DEALERSHIP IS THE PITTS!!! STOP BEING A CHEAPSKATE YOU SCREWED UP NOW OWN UP AND PAY FOR THE KEY. You have millions you can let go of 400 dollars. It's your staff who lost it take it out on them not your customer. More

My husband & I worked with Ralph Clement to negotiate a deal for my new Pathfinder. Not only did we get a great deal but Ralph even delivered the Pathfinder and the paperwork right to us on a busy Saturday deal for my new Pathfinder. After all our years with bad experiences buying cars elsewhere and after the turmoil of 2020, Ralph and Gates are a beacon of hope restoring our faith in the integrity of what a dealership should be! They 100% catered to us the customer not their bottom line which is very refreshing to say the least! I had a great experience while purchasing my 2020 Nissan Titan Pro-4X at Gates Nissan. JP and Tomas were very attentive from the beginning to the end. I was specifically looking for a 2020 new Titan to take Titan Pro-4X at Gates Nissan. JP and Tomas were very attentive from the beginning to the end. I was specifically looking for a 2020 new Titan to take advantage of the 0% apr for 84 months offer. I was also very specific about the options and features. They went above and beyond and found my truck at another dealership. Of course, we spent a bit of time "haggling" out a fair price. However, at no time I felt uneasy or disrespected. Even after making the purchase JP checked in from time to time to ensure all my questions are answered accordingly. Gates Nissan definitely earned a loyal customer for a long time to come. More

Corey and Jen did an excellent job making sure my 2006 Titan was maintained in a honest manner. I think they went out of their way that I was informed promptly with all service issues, and I had a lot. Titan was maintained in a honest manner. Long story short, I bought the Nissan Kicks and have a greater appreciation for the diligence expressed by the Gates Dealership. Started with a greeting from Thom Gates, introduced me to Peter Scagliarini greater appreciation for the diligence expressed by the Gates Dealership. Started with a greeting from Thom Gates, introduced me to Peter Scagliarini. Peter is a patient man, even though he isn't a Doctor. During the pandemic, I was in need of a vehicle. Economy is not at its best but necessity causes a purchase. Originally looking for and directed to Gates for a used Kia Serento. Didn't pass muster. So instead of just walking away, Thom says, "wait!, There is something that can be done". My time is as valuable as anybody else. Ten minutes, maybe, he gets me a Nissan Altima. Nice car. Too showy. The next vehicle is a Nissan Kicks. Vehicle fits the muster. Total time expended is less than three hours over two days. With all of my verbose, this dealership wants to earn trust so you will return. I will return. I will go to Gates to get my next vehicle. I recommend Gates for anything regarding automotive questions. Sales, service, damage repair and even detailing. More
