Sorry but you didn’t buy the extended warranty! Bought my truck last summer from you guys. Drove it home Friday no problems, late Saturday afternoon one of the front wheel bearings fail! Call the dealer Monday and talked to the salesman and explained the dilemma. His answer: see the above title!!! He gave me the used car managers number, I left a vm asking him to call me, never did! What great customer service! NOT!!!!!!!! This is one dealership I won’t recommend my worst enemy to go to! More

I have never had a vehicle detailed as horribly as this one. Salt was still in the carpet. Dog hair still on the upholstery. Just not the best part of their business. It's pretty easy to find a host of good pre-owned vehicles on the web today...what's much more challenging is to find the kind of customer service and delivery I experienced at Bowman. The team worked closely with me as I independly searched the web for the right car, and then executed a painless process to deliver it in beautifully detailed form as well as set up great financing and extended service options. He helped explain some of the deals they had on used cars, and how to read a CarFax page. I also sat down with Rhonda in Finance, and she helped me understand Financing and what insurance packages were best.
