All positive Started my search for a Legacy on the Internet. The Internet manager (Tom Calianno) actually provided price info on the sales they were running. (Th Started my search for a Legacy on the Internet. The Internet manager (Tom Calianno) actually provided price info on the sales they were running. (This is something that the other dealers would not do.) The price discounts made the one hour and a half trip there worthwhile. When we arrived Tom turned us over to Jimmy Ofori who took us for a test drive, answered all of our questions, followed through with the price discounts, and efficiently handled the sale. The finance manager (Mike Vannote) shopped the best loan interest rate for us. We are very pleased with how easy Ciocca Subaru made it to buy a new Legacy there. The staff are very helpful, immensely courteous, and very professional. We highly recommend Ciocca Subaru. More

Second when I got there I met Nev Pinnock which helped me from the beginning how to choose a car since I had my doubts between the Imprezza hatchback and the Cross Trek . He asked what i was looking in a car , all the gadgets I wanted . He is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Once I've found the car he explained how to use all the new things the car has . The trade in part was done without a problem , the price was right for me too. I definitely would recommend visit this dealership and have the opportunity to deal the buying of your new car with these gentlemen !! Thanks Tom and Nev you made the purchasing this car ( the Cross Trek) very simple !!! More

Internet "First Contact" I am stunned, shocked, and blown away by the patience of Tom Calianno.. I had multiple emails over an 8 or 9 week period,, many times changing, color, model. year, you name it...how anyone can be so patient and thoughtful, and reassuring is like the days of old...a handshake and you are a friend. Tom was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted and did so very quickly (1 day!). I then met with Christian who has a fantastic personality and made me feel welcome from the moment I pulled into the lot. I appreciate the time they took to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and it was worth the 1.5 hr drive to shop at Ciocca. More

Truly painless experience Buying a car is something I do not look forward to. I have had less than satisfying experiences elsewhere in the past and did not relish the thought o Buying a car is something I do not look forward to. I have had less than satisfying experiences elsewhere in the past and did not relish the thought of high pressure tactics, endless back and forth negotiating and the inevitable feeling that I was not in fact getting a good deal. My daughter recently purchased a new car from Ciocca and was very satisfied with both the vehicle and the buying experience .She was very involved in the whole process. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay for it. The salesman, Nick Spiezio was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly ..... did not try to sell me something that I didn't want. He found the car with the options that I wanted and gave me a thorough orientation to the car and all it's features. There was very little back and forth negotiating and I was able to make a deal that I felt comfortable with. The manager was friendly and helpful. The financing portion of the experience was also comfortable without the expected high pressure tactics to sell an extended warranty that I absolutely did not intend to purchase. In the past I have walked out of a dealership due to the endless questions about why I would not buy the top of the line extended warranty that was being pushed. The tour of the dealership and introductions to the staff that I will one day see again was very helpful. I have had this car for only two weeks, and I absolutely love it. I know that I will return when I next need a new vehicle and without the trepidation that I have felt in the past. This was without a doubt the most pleasant and satisfying car purchase I ever made. More
