I was in Buffalo running some errands and stopped in to look at a truck that I had seen on line. That’s where I met Todd. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the truck and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend stopping in and working with him. He introduced me to His sidekick Dane who worked with me on all of the finial stuff. Dane was great and made it easy and very quick to get through all of the paperwork. Super friendly off the get, he actually stayed a little late with me past close to talk about leasing agreements, estimated payments, ETC... I came back the next day to do a test drive and Todd was the salesman who helped me out. He did a great job running me through features I didn't know about and knew exactly when to back off and let me enjoy the car-buying experience A+. The finance guy (I forgot his name) Which is a good thing if you think about it, It means I didn't have to spend forever signing and getting things in order. He was fast and efficient with explaining my extended warranty options and down payment options as well A+. Overall my experience at Ryan was rivaled only by my excitement for this new vehicle.
