I also think the finance person (Rob?) did a great job, albeit too fast to catch everything. That said, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Lastly, the employee who introduced me to my car's functions was fantastic! Loved that guy! On the whole, everyone was friendly, helpful, and relaxed! I never felt pushed into anything I didn't want to purchase. And I friggin' LOVE my car! Thanks, Toyota of DM! More
