In addition to purchasing three older used MB's, I have purchased one brand new, CLK320, and two MB-owned demos: C240 Station Wagon, and my current ML350 2007. I am extremely happy with all purchases and service, no matter who my service contact has been. Tino has personally said hello to me every time I enter the facilities, and it does make you feel like the whole staff actually WELCOMES you back each time you go.
