He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, kind and caring. Thus a great listener on what my wants and needs are in order to stay in my budget and to have a positive effect on my future driving environment. Both of my visits to that dealership, Tim went above and beyond the call of duty...he answered all my questions and concerns. Tim also made sure I understood how to operate some of the car features on my NX 300h before and after the purchase. If he did not know he found the answer. No false info with him! He said his door is open if and when I have any questions, and he provided some resources for me to self-learn too. Oh and I LOVE MY Lexus NX 300h!!!!
