Perfect sales experience - Thank you Tim Colbert! Yesterday I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Silko Honda. While (to me) the Honda brand speaks for itself, I would like to speak for the Silko brand and Yesterday I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Silko Honda. While (to me) the Honda brand speaks for itself, I would like to speak for the Silko brand and my sales consultant, Tim Colbert. Tim has proven to be an extremely knowledgeable, confident, and trusted partner in the purchase of the my cars. Tim proves himself and invaluable resource and acts as a "guide" through the process rather than someone who is simply there to "sell" you. I experienced absolutely no pressure. I told them I had to leave the dealer to attend a to a personal commitment and there was no effort made to try and prevent that (I've experience that other places!). It was a relaxed, enjoyable, fast, and EASY transaction. I worked with Juan Mejia yesterday for the 2nd time to "close" the deal, and again, Juan is easygoing, understands my objectives, and offered insightful information about available options. I feel comfortable that the price I paid for the new car is in line with other dealers, but the easy transaction will make Silko the first and last place I go for future purchases. More

Just renewed my lease for a new 2018 crv. The process was very streamlined. Tim Colbert was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We appreciated all that was explained to us by him. Good group of people I searched online for a car the night before going, received a follow up call from my search in the morning. Caitlin and I set up a time to go look at the vehicle I was interested in, I met the owner of the store, he showed me things about the vehicle i was interested in. Then i I met Tim(sales guy) and he took me on a test drive, took all my info down, they worked with me on my trade, (even though I went in with negative equity), I went back the following day and I met Melissa she we went over the paperwork, I paid for extended warranty and Gap protection, it was a done deal. Got what I wanted, and they made it so easy. Thank you!! More

Bought a new CRV I was in the market for a new vehicle and had my eye on the CRV. I had test driven the vehicle the week before and decided to purchase. Tim was fant I was in the market for a new vehicle and had my eye on the CRV. I had test driven the vehicle the week before and decided to purchase. Tim was fantastic. He guided me through the process and provided a great price. I had an issue with my older vehicle and they worked with me and the insurance company to get me out of that one and into the CRV in a timely manner. Melissa handled the finance and did so in a no pressure way. This is the second Honda I have purchased from Silko and would not consider purchasing anywhere else. More

I would only recommend going here if you're buying a Honda. This is a used car dealership. So they sell new and used Hondas and also other makes and models. If you see a beautiful car with a great deal but if it's not one of their makes don't purchase it because they will not know how to service it even though they will offer you every other oil change for free. Even the simplest things throw them off. It's just an annoying experience. Made an appointment for an oil change and waited 2 hrs then checked with the representative bc of the wait time. His response was we forgot to order parts for your oil change bc we don't carry that here. Needless to say, they rushed the service and I've been leaking oil since. More
