If you’re planning on going in for paint work from the recommended body shop find another place. Nothing but headaches from this place. Went in for a minor rock chip repair was told it was going to look b recommended body shop find another place. Nothing but headaches from this place. Went in for a minor rock chip repair was told it was going to look brand new when I picked it up looked like they just used black nail polish to fill in the chip. Brought the car in on a Wednesday and didn’t get done till the following Tuesday. Although I didn’t have to pay for the work cause it was unsatisfactory still the hassle that it was was not worth my time. Use someone else. More

Brought my car in for a locking issue. You ordered the part and did not call when the part came in (the tech said he did call). I had to call a few days later wondering if it was in yet. You ordered the part and did not call when the part came in (the tech said he did call). I had to call a few days later wondering if it was in yet. Brought it over to fix and did not get a call when it was completed (the tech said he did call). Brought it back since there was still something wrong and got a call that the issue that we thought there was, actually, is not an issue at all. The paperwork said that the light should stay on in the back with the gate down and it was not. After I brought it in, I was told that this is not an issue. The light is supposed to not stay on - had to come out there again to pick up the truck. More
