This was the very best dealership sales experience I've ever had. This guy was not a salesman he was more of an ambassador for Ray Catena and Mercedes Benz. Moreover, he was a great resource, both technically and logically, while configuring the build options of my vehicle. He kept me from making mistakes. One last note... Tim was always available.
