She was very knowledgeable, helpful and direct with all my questions. Jacqueline was amazing at her ability to help me choose a vehicle that was right for me and my family. When I finally made my decision the process was seamless, quick and professional. Justin S. handled the paperwork and was also an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very informative and helpful in finalizing my purchase. I had put off getting a new vehicle for a very long time because I was afraid of the process. Honda of Kirkland was easy, no pressure and seamless in their ability to meet my needs. I would highly recommend them. More
