No hard sales tactics or being pushy etc. Had great respect for my time.. I could not have expected this whole process to be any better (other than them giving the vehicle for free, which i am sure Frank could have done if he really really wanted to -:)) Frank was very responsive and I always felt he and all of the associates at the dealership, treated me like family (the good kind) and did whatever they could to get me the best deal possible while ensuring my happiness and satisfaction was at the highest level. Earlier this year, my husband bought a Mercedes Benz at this dealership and he was very pleased with their attentiveness and service. He mentioned to Dale Cook that I would be interested in a Certified Pr this dealership and he was very pleased with their attentiveness and service. He mentioned to Dale Cook that I would be interested in a Certified Pre-Owned GL 450 but we wanted one with dual DVD players in the back (since we have children) and we did not want it to have a lot of miles. Dale spent months looking for the perfect vehicle for us and finally found one and today we bought it! I am so happy with this dealership.
