Beyond my expectations for my trade in. I no longer needed two vehicles, I still had payments on both of the vehicles and I went in to speak with Tawana Ways of Jim Ellis Marietta Audi about I no longer needed two vehicles, I still had payments on both of the vehicles and I went in to speak with Tawana Ways of Jim Ellis Marietta Audi about my options. She was extremely knowledgeable about my situation and so were her superiors. I went in not even sure if I could leave with pre owned Audi having negative equity. Instead Tawana worked extremely hard for hours with me and was able to not only get me in a monthly payment range that I could afford but I left with a new 2018 Audi A4 with Audi care services for my new vehicle. The staff and especially my sales rep Tawana went above and beyond. More

Great experience compared to last time Last year, 2017, I went to Alpharetta Audi and they were just beyond rude, and so I needed another car, and thought about giving Audi another chance b Last year, 2017, I went to Alpharetta Audi and they were just beyond rude, and so I needed another car, and thought about giving Audi another chance but this time came to the Marietta location, even though it's out of trailers and they're under heavy construction, Tawana was just beyond the sweetest. I think compared to my experience last year, this year, it was definitely fruitful and even ended up getting exactly what I wanted within the same day. I'm glad I gave Audi another chance and am loving my new Q7. More
