FAST...FAIR...FLAWLESS....A few weeks ago I contacted Taga Sickler regarding the purchase of a Jaguar XJ for my wife,although that car was not a fit we left it that he (Taga) would follow-up with me if a Taga Sickler regarding the purchase of a Jaguar XJ for my wife,although that car was not a fit we left it that he (Taga) would follow-up with me if an XJ fitting my needs came in. Sure enough a few weeks later Taga called and told me he thought he had a fit....he was right ! The XJ now lives with us. Overall my experience at Wilde Jaguar was top notch in all aspects. I highly recommend Taga Sickler and Wilde Jaguar for your next purchase. More

Can't remember ever having a better experience purchasing a new car. Everyone was superb; there was no usual car dealer behaviour by anyone. MY PARTNER AND I WENT TO WILDE JAGUAR-MASERATI TO PURCHASE A USED JAGUAR XF. A GENTLEMAN NAMED TAGA SICKLER WAITED ON US AND WE BEGAN TALKING ABOUT WHAT WE WERE INTERESESTED IN. HE SHOWED SOME CARS H PURCHASE A USED JAGUAR XF. A GENTLEMAN NAMED TAGA SICKLER WAITED ON US AND WE BEGAN TALKING ABOUT WHAT WE WERE INTERESESTED IN. HE SHOWED SOME CARS HE HAD AVAIALABLE, BUT WE WERE STILL UNCERTAIN. WE ENDED UP HAVING THREE VISITS AND EACH TIME HE WAS MORE THEN ACCOMODATING. HE TOOK US ALL OVER THE LOT AND BACK LOT TRYING TO FIND THE PERFECT CAR FOR US. WE EVENTUALLY FOUND THE PERFECT CAR, A 2012 BLACK JAGUAR XF WHICH WE LOVE. I KNOW WE HAD TO BE A ROYAL PAIN, BUT TAGA WAS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL AND A REAL PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. TAGA IS TRULY A MAN THAT LOVES SELLING CARS AND HELPING CUSTOMERS LIKE US. I visited Wilde Jaguar-Maserati to look at (and eventually purchase) a pre-owned 2008 Subaru Outback for use as my daily driver. Although the price of this vehicle was nowhere near that of the new eventually purchase) a pre-owned 2008 Subaru Outback for use as my daily driver. Although the price of this vehicle was nowhere near that of the new luxury vehicles that serve as the dealership's "bread and butter," Mr. Taga Sickler afforded me the same amount of time, professional courtesy and respect as if I were purchasing a vehicle some 9-10 times the price of my used Subaru. This is the type of customer service that is sorely lacking in the automobile industry today and, were my fortunes to change, I would have no hesitation in returning to this dealership and purchasing a new, or even another used, vehicle. In any case, I highly recommend Wilde Jaguar-Maserati and, especially, Taga Sickler. Thank you for an unexpectedly pleasant car-shopping experience! More

I just bought the Jaguar 2013 XJ and of course it is awesome! But Taga Sickler made the whole experience amazing. This was the best experience I have had to date buying a car. I love this dealership. The staff are wonderful and so knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel like family members. I started out with an X-type which I leased, then I leased an S-type knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel like family members. I started out with an X-type which I leased, then I leased an S-type which I bought out of lease. After 8 years with the S-type, I decided to get an XF. The staff was great. I showed up late at the dealership and Kevin came out to help, even though it was time to go home. He went out of his way to help me even offering to bring the car to my work the next day so I could test d help, even though it was time to go home. He went out of his way to help me even offering to bring the car to my work the next day so I could test drive it. The next morning, I showed back-up at the dealership and Taga (SP?) came out to help me because Kevin was not there yet. He was very accommodating and felt more like a consultant than a sales person. I was able to go to work, while he took care of everything. That afternoon I was suppose to go back to the dealership at 4 to complete the paperwork. Taga called me at 3 o'clock and told me everything was ready! At the dealership, Jim the finance guy was wonderful to deal with. He explained everything to me, even making recommendations that were better for me and not just trying to "sell" me on all the extra protections. He was personable and great to work with. Even at the end, they introduced me to the service team, helped me transfer everything out of my car....it was a perfect car buying experience. You expect first class service at the Jaguar dealership.....and these men delivered! More

I have purchased 4 vehicles at Wilde Jaguar, Mazerati, Lexus, and every time I have purchase there I use these same professionals. They are the greatest sales professionals around and my experience has be Lexus, and every time I have purchase there I use these same professionals. Taga and JIM both exceeded anything we could have expected ; they went the extra mile.
