Good price, good customer service After driving and pricing a CR-V at another dealer, we found out that the one we wanted there was sold. My wife called and talked to Stormy who was very helpful, answered all of my wife's questions and got back to us quickly with a reasonable price quote. When we arrived at the the dealership, Gregg had the vehicle ready and we started the paperwork. The one thing that keeps us from giving them a 5 star rating was the hard sell on extended warranty options. More

I attempted to buy a car from this Just to start, it's incredibly suspicious that this dealer is rated so well on this website but not on any others? I attempted to buy a car from this dealer and it was constant harassment and pressure to make a decision, attitudes once I started asking questions, and the comment "you don't want to bring a car to get serviced here with another dealerships name on it, that's not doing you any favors" when I showed them another dealership beat their price. They do NOT like competition, they get annoyed. If you are totally fine just taking the car at the price it's listed and asking no questions, then go for it. They act like they are doing you so many favors, like "saving you a drive to another dealership". Seems as if they have no concept or respect for the fact that people are spending thousands and thousands of dollars when they buy a car. Heaven forbid you try to get the best price. Extremely disappointed. More
