By Far the bestttttt experience I have ever had at a dealership. We have been on the hunt for a vehicle for a while and always had to overcome many obstacles just to get a purchase contract agreement fr dealership. We got the best of the best Steve to help us look into a GMC Canyon they had just received. Steve made sure we knew the features the vehicle included , answered any questions and made sure we were well taken care of through the entire process. He was patient while I was dealing with the financial company and even Chris his manager made sure we were well covered. I cant say more then what a phenomenal job both did to ensure we walked home with our big truck. And I felt so spoiled for getting a Boquet of roses which was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you sooo much Steve ! I will be referring all my customers here. Cant wait to work with you again! More

After a not-so-great experience at a different Napleton dealer, my husband and I were incredibly grateful and relieved to be immediately greeted and treated like family as soon as we arrived on the lot. Steve was hands down the best, most patient salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was genuine, knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us into a car we loved and fit our budget. He was so generous and accommodating for our u usual schedules and even purchased a bouquet of flowers to put in our new car as a nice surprise. Financing paperwork with Chris was smooth and thorough and he answered all of our questions and was just great to chat with. Before we left with our new car, Wade went through all the technology and settings in the vehicle so we weren’t left paging through an owners manual to figure out how to pair our cell phones and program the radio. I’ve purchased 5+ cars in my lifetime and no experience has ever come close to the incredible service we received at Lexus of Brookfield. Steve and LoB earned customers for life! More
