You were unable to rotate my tires because t he lug nuts were damaged, and needed replacing. I explained this to a engineer friend, and he explained, they were damannged when removing them. They have never been removed by anyone but walker ford (when you totated my tires). So it had to have happened previously when you rotated the tires. Now I must replace them ( over 100.00 ) I feel ford should replace them. For over 50 years, and this has never been a problem before. More
