Was looking to purchase a Rav4 Prime from Steve Lang. Was inquiring whether the federal tax credit would be in effect. Not only was he rude during my interaction with him he would not refund my refundabl Was inquiring whether the federal tax credit would be in effect. Not only was he rude during my interaction with him he would not refund my refundable deposit. He kept saying I would definitely get the tax credit without guaranteeing anything. Tax credit aside, I am more annoyed by the fact that he was not nice at all when talking to me. He did not explain anything he was trying to say and would dismiss what I am trying to tell him.
