I need a thesaurus! :) As stated in the title, I need a thesaurus, because I'm running out of adjectives to describe the fabulous service I have received at Boardwalk Ferrar As stated in the title, I need a thesaurus, because I'm running out of adjectives to describe the fabulous service I have received at Boardwalk Ferrari. My wife and I have owned our Cali for about 5 months and have had a flat tire fixed, new tires installed, a track inspection and a detailing done (on my Porsche). Steve, Paul, Larry and the crew always meet & exceed our expectations. We even enjoy giving our money to Melanie, she's always chipper & friendly! Everything is done on time or ahead of schedule. All charges are explained. Communication with the owner is excellent. It's fair to say that dealing with the people at BF has been one of the major pluses of our Ferrari ownership experience. More

Top Notch I have purchased many top end sports cars over the past 15 years. I had the opportunity to trade my 488GTB for a 488Spider. My experience with the Boardwalk and the team was a true delight. From Brian and Jeff on the sales side, to Steve in service, the experience was "top notch". Also Mike in finance, and his involvement with the clear shield was as good as I have seen. Now here is the kicker, Quinton in make ready and Art Stegall deserve a shout out!!!! I sought out Boardwalk based on their reputation for service and customer orientation. From my first email contact regarding a 488GTB, until delivery, the responsiveness was top notch. Jeff Enderle, my sales specialist, was able to handle all my questions and his follow up was thorough, a true delight. Also, I had the opportuntlity to meet Steve, Larry, Paul in service. After touring the service facility, I am comfortable with my decision to purchase a Ferrari and I know any needed service will be a good experience. Mike was very helpful with the clear bra application and the Expel product looks great. I enjoyed my discussion with Brian Benjamin regarding what's available from Ferrari and his insight on sports cars . More

I made my appointment in advance to make sure I could get a loaner and they put me in a Ghibli just like mine! They did say that you have to call early to make sure you get a loaner, because they are usually out, but if that’s all I have to do to get my baby taken care of and get wheels while she’s in the shop, I’m sold!
