My husband, daughter and I have had the pleasure of having Steve as our service advisor for more than 25 years and have also been blessed to have developed a friendship with Steve over those years. Steve's level of commitment to his customers is immeasurable. More than his exceptional customer service skills, knowledge, reliability, levelheadedness and patience, he truly cares that each and every vehicle that comes out of the service department is correctly repaired and/or serviced. Dont stand by there work Had my Buick in 3 times and couldn't get proper diagnosis charged me every time to fix a problem that should have been fixed the first time. Unfortun Had my Buick in 3 times and couldn't get proper diagnosis charged me every time to fix a problem that should have been fixed the first time. Unfortunately they don't know how to fix there own cars and Steve had a nasty attitude blaming it on the place I bought the car from. My question is do you or don't you fix Buicks stop saying it's some kind of snowballl effect to get more money out of your clients and Steve called this a problem car while it has there name on it and they have been sevicing it for years who's the problem here. More

Really Cares I couldn't give Steve a high enough review. He is by far the best service person regardless of industry that I have come across. Incredibly knowledgea I couldn't give Steve a high enough review. He is by far the best service person regardless of industry that I have come across. Incredibly knowledgeable, but more than that he cares that every vehicle comes out of the service dept is right and SAFE. I Had some work done on my daughters car and his main concern wasn't about up-charging me or just fixing what we spoke about but ensuring every safety item on the car was functioning 100%. When I thanked him he said, "I look at every car as if it was my own". Thanks so much Steve! More
