He conducted the most no-nonsense sales experience I ever had and I truly believe I received a good value for myself. Everyone in the sales cycle was very casual and helpful. These guys did what no other dealer could do. I had a great experience working with this dealership starting with Derek the GM hearing what I needed and putting together an amazing deal. Fast, convenient and honest. Working with key GMC Buick has been my best experience this far purchasing a new car from Key. In past experiences when going to a dealership I've gon Working with key GMC Buick has been my best experience this far purchasing a new car from Key. In past experiences when going to a dealership I've gone with the understanding that I will be there all day but this time that was not the case. Steven really took the time to listen to what kind of car I was looking to purchase. He gave me just a few color options that he had to offer, and within a blink-of-an-eye an eye I was looking at what was about to be my new car. Never once did he offer a suggestion outside my price range, or try to upsell me on a bigger vehicle then I wanted or needed. By the time my second test drive was over, it was time for me to sign and take the new girl home. A big thank you goes out to the entire Key GMC Buick team for making my dream come true! More

Comfortable / Helpful / Honest & Integrity First time in my life at 60 years young I went for an hour's drive to purchase a BMW that I negotiated over the phone and only saw pictures with Derek First time in my life at 60 years young I went for an hour's drive to purchase a BMW that I negotiated over the phone and only saw pictures with Derek Hurley. The car overwhelmed me as I have been a Lincoln/Cadillac man for the last 10 plus years. The TEAM of Derek / Steve and Trevor were very helpful and cooperative with the negotiations and also my trade-in. As I mature in life it is very hard to find Great Customer Service, Usually folks just take your money and run and then fugghedaboud you. This is not the case with Key Buick. Well worth the ride, you should visit sometime !!! More
