I knew I wanted a Jeep about a month ago, but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to act quicker on my choice for a new vehicle. I did my search online and this dealership was my first choice based on the wonderful yelp reviews and rating. It doesn’t do it justice. These people have great customer service. They take their time with each customer and make you feel like a friend. They don’t rush you into something you don’t want to do and look out for your best interest. My sales agent was Tyler who was very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. And can’t forget working with the finance guy Chu was a fun time. I got the best deal here and love my new car. More

She promptly answered all of my questions and concerns without any hesitation. Not only was she a joy to work with, but when I showed her the quotes that I had received from dealerships throughout the continental US on a brand new 2017 RAM 1500 Laramie (Loaded) she then beat everyone else's price by quickly offering me a better price quote, without any drawn out haggling back and forth. Stacy Bromley made my new car buying experience a pure joy!!! I was then introduced to Raymond Walford in Sales. Raymond is another consummate professional. He quickly obtained the Laramie for me to inspect it and give it a test drive, and I was immediately 'sold" on it's style, options, handling and performance. Thanks Raymond!!! Then I was introduced to Lauren Smith from Finance. Lauren Smith is another truly consummate professional. Not only did Lauren answer all of my questions, she also obtained me the lowest finance rate from Chrysler financial that I have ever received. When purchasing from Ourisman, ask for Lauren Smith!!!. Additionally, as a retired disabled American Veteran, I must tell you that I have never been treated with such honor and respect by any commercial business establishment to the degree and caliber that Ourisman Dodge provided to me without any hesitation or reserve, during visits to their dealership. I highly recommend Stacy Bromley, Lauren Smith and Raymond Walford!!!!! More
