He demonstrated not only his knowledge of the Porsche brand of vehicles but he took the time to listen “and” under Sherman is completely top notch! He had a flawless approach through the process and remained very transparent through every step, all of which I appreciate. The Finance and onboarding team were just as pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, Porsche Riverside had demonstrated a level of professionalism and ease of doing business that I have never seen from other dealerships. Thus making it worth the 377miles (I’m located in the SF Bay Area) distance worth it. More

I just had my Porsche Macan undergo a 30,000-mile inspection, check-up, and oil change at Walter's Porsche Riverside. As always, my service manager, Cody Allen, was very thorough, helpful, and profes inspection, check-up, and oil change at Walter's Porsche Riverside. As always, my service manager, Cody Allen, was very thorough, helpful, and professional in providing me with the inspection details and quite reasonable in recommending the needed repairs and/or attention for my car. He promptly attended to my car's needs and readily provided me with a loaner car as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. He was also very understanding and patient with my extended use of the loaner car as I was out of town for some time. This service par excellence by Cody Allen just lends credence to Porsche's claim and status that "There is No Substitute!" for it. Cody Allen sets a very high bar for customer service and I hope that Porsche hires more staff like him. His service is among the major reasons why I remain loyal to Porsche! He deserves a promotion and a raise, NOW! Before other dealerships steal him from Porsche Riverside. More

Porche Riverside is the best dealership on the planet. And I am honored to have the best service advisor by the name of Cody Allen, who helps me with my Porsche Macan. Also doing my oil change I had decided to go ahead with the help of Cody and Sherman Sims to order my birthday present my Porsche, Panamera Turismo. Both these gentlemen are a great asset to Porsche Riverside. While searching online for a 2022 Macan S with the air suspension option, I found it at Porsche Riverside, Ca. I live in Prescott AZ so I had to ask a friend who lives nearby the dealer to check out this suspension option, I found it at Porsche Riverside, Ca.
