My husband and I are looking at purchasing a 2022 Yukon Denali. After shopping around We reached out to this dealership, and the name of the person on the caller ID was Sheker Singh. Never actually introdu Denali. After shopping around We reached out to this dealership, and the name of the person on the caller ID was Sheker Singh. Never actually introduced themselves so lets go with that name. After being very clear with what we were looking for, including numerous phone calls with him even trying to take the basic information down and needing to verify the same information over and over again, he said they had one (which we should of known better, no one does). Turns out, they didn’t have one that fit what we were looking for. Then said we could factory build. As we had been shopping around for a while, we are well aware of the restrictions in place. He said he had the manager build one to what we were looking for. We were VERY clear with what we wanted, including package names, what we can live without, what color, ect. Get the build sheet. Missing the advanced technology package on the build (which is restricted right now, but he said he could build). Was also missing the Denali ultimate package. When we replied that it didn’t have the technology package, his reply was “well that will be very expensive”. Are you kidding me?? Clearly if I want it I know what I’m looking for and what the cost is, how dare some one say that to a customer. Literally called another dealer at the same time as this one and had a build and finance complete in a day, VS the days of phone calls and texts with a salesperson who didn’t bother to listen. If you value your time and want a salesperson who listens to you I’d avoid this place, or at least find a salesperson who gives you a name. More
