I had a wonderful experience trading in my Ford Explorer for the more spacious Expedition last week at Walker Ford. I was happy to return to do more business since I bought an Expedition from them many year for the more spacious Expedition last week at Walker Ford. I was happy to return to do more business since I bought an Expedition from them many years ago and enjoyed that vehicle until my son took it to college. Shawna was my efficient sales person and she wasted little time getting a hot King Ranch cooled down ( this is July in Florida) and let me take my time both with the test drive and the trade in valuation process. Everything went smoothly and I returned the next day to pick up my new beautiful suv and go through the new car features review with Shawna. I started to get hungry since we were nearing my dinner hour and Shawna gave me her own bag of nuts to snack on and graciously stayed past her normal work hours so we could set up my new Ford Pass on my smart phone and put all my info into the new King Ranch. If she didn’t love selling cars so much I would hire her in a minute. Thanks again to Shawna and Mickey in the business office for making my purchase and trade in so fair and courteous.
