Bourne’s was great to do business with. Based on their no hassle model, Tori wasn’t trying to force the sale, rather wanted to educate me on the car and ensure it’s what I wanted. Their refundable deposit was also a godsend as it allowed me to ensure the car was there for me to test drive and ultimately purchase (there were 2 others waiting to test drive it). Tori was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire process and went above and beyond. My family has been coming to Bournes for years and will continue to be repeat customers in the years to come. More

Bournes Auto doesn’t have high prices way above market tell you my experience with Jose and Bournes Auto Center was the best one I have ever had. Bournes Auto doesn’t have high prices way above market value which will lead to the dreaded negotiating. Instead I found the no hassle car buying to be a very efficient and professional transaction. I initially stepped into Bournes on Friday and drove off with my new car on Saturday! Working with Jose made this process a lot easier. Jose was polite, professional and attentive during our experience. Seeing him do everything from screwing on plates, to making calls, pulling up cars all goes to show how much he cared for me as a customer.
