We had a couple of unfavorable experiences at other dealerships, but we can say we’re pleased with the experience and overall outcome at Smythe Volvo. We were greeted by Chris Jones who was personable as well as receptive. He took the time to teach us about our vehicle, all the while confirming our desire for our car of choice. Both Chris and the finance manager, Shaun Hayes, were very accommodating. They made the purchase process as seamless as possible without being too pushy. They stayed after hours to ensure that we left with keys to our beautiful car! I returned the next day where Chris gave me an in-depth tutorial of the functionality and features of the XC90. I never felt rushed and appreciated his attentiveness. He gave me the sense that my satisfaction was a priority. Chris also introduced me to the service department and ensured that all my questions were answered. Kyle Jackson was the first salesperson who actually answered all of my questions regarding the car (MSRP, Sale Price, Residual, Money Factor, etc) without having to beg for the details. He provided aggressive pricing from the start (literally beat Prestige Volvo by +$50/month, who also didn't provide details about the car). Extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy. Also worked with Shaun Hayes who was quick and organized for the lease contract part of the deal. Overall fantastic experience and I would recommend to friends. More

Smythe had the perfect car for him, in this case a used Suburu with all the right safety features. Bob Cerza and the team were wonderful to deal with. They worked without a hiccup, with our financing bank. And even better, the day we were to pick up our car and after we had paid for, Bob discovered that the car's battery did not seem right. Smythe replaced the battery and fuse, no questions asked and at no cost. They were very apologetic, but really Smythe went above and beyond. It is what I have come to expect. Bob and Smythe will always do what is right and treat you and your family honorably. More
