No point in having a sales person I knew what car I wanted and to be fair it did take some time for me to get out to dealership. However, the most work that they had to do was get the I knew what car I wanted and to be fair it did take some time for me to get out to dealership. However, the most work that they had to do was get the car from another dealership otherwise I didn't even test drive the car and I was told by Sean they were "bending over backwards" for me. When I literally did not even sit down with Sean face to face. We did email a bit to see when I would be coming in but that's part of the job and getting a sale. Hardly "bending over backwards". Matt, however, was upfront and honest when doing my paperwork and I really appreciated that. However, it was unnecessary to pull my credit so many times for so many banks which caused a higher payment in the end. I may not have been the easiest sale they've ever had but I certainly was far from the hardest and I felt like an inconvenience. I won't be recommending Jeff Belzer's to any family or friends unfortunately. I was so excited for this too, I have not had a car in three years, the least they could of done was offer to take a picture for me. More

We were not sure exactly what we wanted, so he took the time to show us a handful of cars with the amenities we wanted and in our price range, he was helpful from beginning to end. After some complications on our end with a trade in vehicle he made the process fast and easy! We will be back for future vehicles not only to Jeff Belzers but to Sean specifically. Thank you Sean! Ethan was the employee who showed us the ins and outs of the vehicle, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, he noticed there was some grass on the inside of the vehicle and made sure it looked perfect before we took the vehicle home. Kara Little handled the finances, you could tell she was very experienced and made the process quick and understandable! More
