First Scheduled Maintenance was NOT awesome I made appointment for first 6k oil change. I was unfamiliar with this service center,as this was my first visit. After pulling in and driving through I made appointment for first 6k oil change. I was unfamiliar with this service center,as this was my first visit. After pulling in and driving through the service bay, I went inside and was told to move the car,and to park outside and then come in. Never before have I NOT been greeted by a service technician once I entered the bay. Usually, I would be met by the technician, and he would confirm my service and handle it from there. But not at Wayne Subaru. So, I parked outside, went back inside and waited to be called. (Only one other customer in the waiting area anyway.) Waiting area was acceptable, and the service was performed in about one hour. However, once service was completed and I paid the bill, an unwashed car was returned to me!! I have owned many, many new cars from Cadillacs, to Lexus, to Acura, Kia and others. And NEVER was an unwashed car returned to me after servicing. If this is the standard practice at Wayne Subaru, this is unacceptable. It shows a disregard for the attention paid to the vehicle and the customer's satisfaction. If this is the procedure for a customer's first service visit, when I think you would like to make a good first impression, what lies in store for me for subsequent service needs? Very dissatisfied with lack of communication and attention to detail. More

Absolutely the Best! I recommend Wayne Subaru and Sean Donnelly to all of my friends and family. At first I went to Ramsey Subaru which was closer to where I live; however I recommend Wayne Subaru and Sean Donnelly to all of my friends and family. At first I went to Ramsey Subaru which was closer to where I live; however, after a horrible experience there I decided to give Wayne Subaru a try and I'm so glad I did. I worked with Sean Donnelly who was incredibly knowledgable about all of the models and their features and truly wanted to help me to make the best decision. Sean made the entire process easy and I couldn't be happier with my Forester. I'm recommending friends and family to Sean. He was solely focused on helping me and providing the best possible experience and didn't rush the process at all. He's the best! More

Bad business practice Legacy limited advertised on the showroom for 30k, when we sat down to run the numbers they tacked it up to 33k without the additional fees and taxes. Legacy limited advertised on the showroom for 30k, when we sat down to run the numbers they tacked it up to 33k without the additional fees and taxes. When confronted they said the price is never the real price they couldn't give me and answer on why it's advertised on the showroom floor for 30k. Go elsewhere buyer beware. More

Best Car Buying Experience I Ever Had! The reason why I gave a 5* rating is because I’ve had many dealings with car dealerships throughout the years and every single one of them have been The reason why I gave a 5* rating is because I’ve had many dealings with car dealerships throughout the years and every single one of them have been horrible. When you walk in the door, they ‘attack’ you like you’re their prey and I dread it every time I walk in a dealership. My husband and I weren’t ‘attacked’ when we entered Wayne Subaru, we were greeted with a ‘hello’ from two ladies and after 10 or so minutes, approached to ask if we needed any help or had any questions, when I replied that I was ‘just looking’, the ladies said no problem, if you need anything just come over. The staff who assisted me in any way were John Picorale, Manager of Used Car sales; who connected us with Sean Donnelly, Sale/Leasing Consultant who assisted me with the choosing, test driving, all details between each vehicle I was looking at before making a decision; David Fried, the Finance man who explained every single line on the paperwork and explained about the Extended Packages and App offers as well as all the financial stuff and made sure I understood everything (and honestly this is the first time ever that I actually did understand everything!); the young man, I believe his name is Joe who showed me everything in the vehicle and what it was for and how to use it and even had me do things myself as well as setting up my blue tooth and Android App. These gentlemen were professional, friendly, patient and good humored. I felt comfortable dealing with each of them and this purchase was the first and only one that I can say was the BEST purchase experience I have ever had! I choose the 2019 Subaru Forrester Premium and I truly am enjoying my SUV!!! Thank you Wayne Subaru for a wonderful, pleasant purchasing experience. I would definitely recommend Wayne Subaru! More

Everything was great Salesman very helpful. Walked right up to me, Then he listened to what I said. He did not waste my time thinking he had to find the lowest possible Salesman very helpful. My 6th Subaru This is my 6th Subaru, and 3rd from Wayne Subaru. There is no pressure and you are not followed around when you walk in the door. When you are ready This is my 6th Subaru, and 3rd from Wayne Subaru. There is no pressure and you are not followed around when you walk in the door. When you are ready a salesmen is available. Test driving what ever vehicle is available and the paper work is easy and reasonable quick (always a lot of forms to sign). They have the lowest Loan rate after researching various banks (Subaru deals with Chase). A good car buying experience. Most commercials say buying a car is fun and easy or integrity you can trust or come join the family and even all roads lead too..., for me this dealer is it. More
