Refused to deal at on ($300 +) labor charge for just installation of added mudguards and MSRP sell price. Our trade was under values by at least $2K according to other non Kia dealer offers. This used to be a great family run Kia dealership which was focused on customer satisfaction and service but then it was aquired by Ken Ganley. Expections were not met and we felt underserved for sure. Should of bought from another dealer outside our local one which was giving us $1,500 off MSRP and included no cost labor for mudguard install, Our sales guy (Noah) answered all our questions but did not advocate for us at all with mgmt. Simon Pirrello did an awesome job! He was very attentive and helped use get exactly what we wanted. Sean and Tony in management made certain we were happy and let us know that they wer He was very attentive and helped use get exactly what we wanted. Sean and Tony in management made certain we were happy and let us know that they were available anytime afterwards for anything we may need and Jeff made finance a snap. The process was smooth and quick (for buying a car). Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be buying another car here within a couple of months and would highly recommend Ken Ganley Kia Mentor! More

They told me the kia sportage I purchased brand new had certain options I wanted..I wasent one mile from dealership and called them to tell them those options they said it had ,it didnt.They said sorry,you certain options I wanted..I wasent one mile from dealership and called them to tell them those options they said it had ,it didnt.They said sorry,you can bring it back but it's now a used vehicle and you will loose 4-5 thousand dollars on it..Do not deal with this dealership..Very unprofessional ...They also submitted a five star review to kia that we never filled out along with my name forged on the bottom of it. More
