It was horrible. Yet again I was disappointed by false promises of timely service and could not get my back in time after waiting in the dealership for more than 2 h Yet again I was disappointed by false promises of timely service and could not get my back in time after waiting in the dealership for more than 2 hours.. I missed very important client meetings and documentation for those meetings that were in my car. A more than last minute loaner did not solve the problem. I cannot understand routine service on a leased car with only 15,000 miles and no repairs other than a nail in one tire costing $850. More

I had a fantastic experience at Flagship Motocars back in March. I received a early lease return notice in the mail, and I decided to trade in my 2017 CLA for a 2020 GLA. Everyone was fantastic. Sean was extremely helpful in helping me find the the perfect vehicle for my needs and Gil went above and beyond to help me secure a new lease with great pricing. Hannah guided me through all the tech specs of my car. I had a great experience here and I will be back to lease my 3rd Benz in four years! More

Justin also provided seamless customer service on all the finances. Spencer Petruzello was fantastic with the entire operation of the car. The last car we bought we were shown very very little and it was frustrating. I have already called Spencer 4 times and he is right there to help me and walk me through my questions. Great feeling to have someone to ask questions and to get the correct response! And a big shout out to the detail department and Flavia and his staff--I had a few tiny spots and they got them out and then explained to me what they were and how to prevent them in the future. All in all a great experience. More
