Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Jean reached out to us after our initial visit in a way that was genuinely meant to be helpful, not pressuring us in any knowledgeable and friendly. We liked that Jean let us know that what separated Jim Butler from other Kia dealers was their lifetime warranty of its vehicles. We had been shopping other Kia dealers and it was one of the reasons we chose Jim Butler. We also felt there would be good support here in the future with maintenance and repairs. One final thing that we were very impressed with was the guidance Jake gave us while talking about financing our new Kia. His work ensured that we were able to afford the Telluride we wanted. More
