First dealership experience was a success!!! It was a drive to get to Buffalo, but it was well worth it. We worked directly with Scott Goodmanson. Ryan Chevrolet had the best prices and best deal It was a drive to get to Buffalo, but it was well worth it. We worked directly with Scott Goodmanson. Ryan Chevrolet had the best prices and best deals in the Twin Cities area. They also offered us the best trade in value for our previous car. We weren’t pressured to make a decision. Purchase at Ryan Auto Mall Scott and others were very friendly. I only spent an hour there as they close at 5 on Saturday, I got there at four. Scott had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. Clean vehicle, drove great. I didn't get the chance to check fluids or crawl under the vehicle which I normally do, because I drove it first, and it was too hot. I did purchase it. I understand as is, but, although they check all the safety equipment it would be great if the went a little further. We are having rain and the floor is super wet. Also, after I drive it and get out, I smell burning. I will take it to my mechanic. All in all not a bad experience. More

Great Experience! I was no more than 2 steps inside the door when Steve greeted me, warmly, and asked how he could help. Since he was working with a couple who were test driving, he got Scott and introduced us. Scott was a dream to work with: he made eye contact, he was personable, he explained all Equinox features with repeat emphasis on things I would use most. Now, I should mention that I am a woman who has had many awful dealership experiences in the past. Woman readers of this review understand what I mean - salesmen who would only talk to my husband despite being told repeatedly that I was one buying, or the condescending types who delight in saying, “Well now, little lady.”. And that brings me to the current time, when I thought all that was in the past. The dealership I went to BEFORE Ryan ignored me totally, no one came near me as I stood by a car in the showroom I wanted to buy. I left, angry and feeling a little humiliated. 4 days later I went to Ryan, and I am totally sold! I love my 2020 Equinox, and I love this dealership. I was also impressed with Lisa, who gave me the Grand Tour and is getting me two ‘extras’ I want. Lisa even answered my email request on her day off! Wow! Ryan Auto Mall gets my highest recommendation! More

Working with Scott makes the process simple and easy. All you have to do is tell him what outcome you would like to see. We wanted to trade in both our vehicles and get a newer Traverse model. Tim jumped in a got appraisals done immediately in order to get the process moving. Scott told us to go home and he would take care of the rest. Within a couple of hours Scott calls giving us the good news that we are going to be the proud owners of a 2019 Traverse Premium Redline Edition. Jeff went through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The whole process was completed with Scott giving us a complete breakdown of all the new features and how they work. The wife drove off smiling ear to ear - which makes that gut instinct of the perfect upgrade excellent. More
