I had a badly handled customer service situation occur at the Lima road location in Fort Wayne IN, I do not recommend this location! I recently bought a car from here and I wasn't the easiest customer due to my cosigner living out of state. They were so patient with me and helped me with every step of the process. Scott Dwyer was m easiest customer due to my cosigner living out of state. They were so patient with me and helped me with every step of the process. Scott Dwyer was my salesperson and he was informative, helpful, and and quick to respond to any of my questions I had via phone call. He took into account my price range and needs and made sure that he found me a car that fit into everything I wanted. It was overall a painless and great experience and I highly recommend them! More
