Being 715 miles away made it a daunting task but Scoop and the Sarah's in F&I made it an easy, pleasant and rewarding experience! Scoop was very accommodating in getting it to a local mechanic (Jerry) who gave me a great deal on a very thorough inspection so I knew exactly what I was getting once it arrived. The paperwork was managed well by the dealership and the whole thing went off without a hitch and I was truly "wowed" by the experience! Thank you all! More

It was a cash purchase and he even kept the paperwork part of things as quick and painless as possible. Other employees even tried to make things so pleasant as possible for my kids during the long process by giving them hot chocolate and showing them to the customer lounge where they could watch TV.
