My wife and I came to your dealership only because of the nearest to our home. We came with the intention of looking only at the XTS model of the Cadillac. Our plan was to move next to look at the E-series nearest to our home. We came with the intention of looking only at the XTS model of the Cadillac. Our plan was to move next to look at the E-series MBZ. We entered the sales floor and to our surprise we were the only ones there except for Sam busy at a nearby computer. We asked a few basic questions, Sam stopped what he was doing to assist us. He showed us both the 2013 and 2014 models, due to the incentives offered on the 2013 we chose it because of all the options color and everything met our needs. We still wanted to compare the MBZ, sam showed us a comparison chart from consumer reports which satisfied our intrest in looking further. So far we are very happy with our purchase and looking forward to many carefree miles in the future. Fred & Esther Osby More
