I had an appointment with Bob Hill to discuss a Lexus ES 300h I saw on line. I arrived at the dealership, and the woman at the front desk was friendly.She paged Bob, and he immediately arrived with the same 300h I saw on line. He immediately offered my wife and myself a beverage and snacks. We went to the vehicle, and Bob was able to answer all of my questions. The test drive was pleasant. Bob was very familiar with the vehicles features and options. During the price negotiation, Bob was pleasant and respectful. I left the dealership owning a new Lexus. Bob was a absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to seeing him again. More
