Right up front Stanley proved he was more concerned about me getting a truck that fit my needs than he was about making a sale. He was attentive to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for without any pressure or coercion. Professionalism was paramount on the sales floor. Everyone I met was excited for my experience to be a good one, not just for me to buy something. When Stanley introduced me to sales manager Jeff K., Jeff gave me the upfront discount cost as well as all the details of buying right up front. I was blown away by the feeling of honesty and genuine customer service I experienced there. I have bought and sold many cars over the years in many different places, but from now on, Jacky Jones is where I'll be going! More

The word EXTRAORDINARY can only begin to convey my sentiments about my experience with JJ and obtaining a 2024 Mustang. From first contact to delivery JJ, and specifically Mandi Devine and Terry Mill sentiments about my experience with JJ and obtaining a 2024 Mustang. From first contact to delivery JJ, and specifically Mandi Devine and Terry Mills were the epitome of customer-comes-first focus and total professionalism. In my 60+ years of vehicle transactions I have NEVER had a more pleasant relationship. No request for information, no question posed (and I asked about 75!) went unfulfilled or unanswered. And yes...as noted above they delivered the Mustang to me in Georgia...no charge. Wow. There are not enough accolade words in the dictionary to cover my appreciation - heck, wonderment - to Mandi and the entire team at JJ. Recommend unconditionally. More

After my ‘23 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid was totaled in a freak accident, I reached out to Shauz Daniels at Jacky Jones Ford Sweetwater. He had sold me my original Maverick and I asked him if he could help m freak accident, I reached out to Shauz Daniels at Jacky Jones Ford Sweetwater. He had sold me my original Maverick and I asked him if he could help me get a similar Maverick to replace it. Within minutes we were looking at a ‘23 Maverick XLT Hybrid for sale at another dealership in the Jacky Jones family (in another state). When I told him I wanted to move forward with that truck, he had it moved to Sweetwater within hours and I was test driving it. The truck was exactly what I wanted and more, so I sat down with Caren and signed all paperwork to make it mine. From test drive to full ownership only took about 2 hours. This makes two wonderful purchase experiences I’ve had with Shauz and the good folks at Jacky Jones in the past year. More
