I had purchased a 2019 Red Ford Raptor from you guys about two weeks ago, less than 250 miles since purchasing, I know I signed it as is, it has cam phaser issues that need replaced according to Ford an about two weeks ago, less than 250 miles since purchasing, I know I signed it as is, it has cam phaser issues that need replaced according to Ford and is out of warranty. I was hoping Alpha would help me with the repairs which will cost me a little over $3000? I’m fairly sure Alpha knew that there was an issue when it was sold that was not disclosed to me because to hear the issue could only be done on start up, cold start. Alphas $2500 reconditioning fee I paid on top of the sales price should have diagnosed this issue. You would think Alpha would have been willing to help me out here on a new purchase from your dealership. Is seems like good business to me but they never responded to my ask for help. Stay far away! Vehicles are not in the condition advertised. Arman was an outstanding salesman. He worked with us as out of state buyers and went the extra mile. The prices of vehicles as well, especially for the given mileage, on a majority of them, being so low. My experience with everyone on the inside was positive and can not be more thankful and happy to have had my sales advisor be Cristina. An absolute pleasure working with her. Welcoming, caring, patient are just a couple of her wonderful qualities. She was everything I needed during this process and I couldn’t have been more enthusiastic. The dealership, and Cristina herself, we’re an absolute blessing to me yesterday after a rough time I’d been having with my trade-in. Definitely a place to consider if you have some time. More
