Hi to all, my name is Sabrina Mendez and I have been influenced in the car industry for about 4 years. I've been with Smythe Volvo for a year as it has been nothing but a different atmosphere and an outlook with the car industry. From starting as a sales receptionist I have heard about our great communication, customer service, and over all a positive experience from all of our customers. I am excited to be able to provide that experience now as a customer concierge. It is my main goal to make any experience with a customer here at Smythe the best of the best :)

Buying a certified preowned Volvo at Smythe could not have been easier. Sabrina was very responsive during the online communication . When on-site Bob provided top notch non pressure sales information a have been easier. Sabrina was very responsive during the online communication . When on-site Bob provided top notch non pressure sales information about the dealership and the certified vehicle. Justin guided my wife and I through every aspect of the car tech features with ease. And it ended with a quick finance meeting with Abood. In all a great car buying experience. More
